Came in at closing with a leaking tire. Could not be fixed and fortunately you had 1 in stock. Service lead and mechanic stayed overtime to replace the tire. Exceptional customer service! was not able to get my car in for service on the dates i wanted. Also no vehicles available. My car wad in service for 3 weeks. I had to rent a car, pay for it and have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. Dealership should have rented the car for me.

Performance uneven. Felt like I was thrown out of a bar when I stopped to ask about an oil change. On another occasion , I had to beg/fight for a loaner when car not ready late on a Friday PM. Some advisors, like Peter Franks, are outstanding.

We came in to just look. Vinnie Incorvaia came up to us asking if he could help. We looked at car that didn't work for us. He took his time with us and showed us other cars. When we found one , Vinnie worked with us to get the best deal he could give us. He was very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure at all. He also helped with our trade which was out of state. He shipped our trade to FL and shipped our new car to our home. Very smooth deal all around. Would deal with him again

I think all dealers lie about having loaner cars. They tell you yes and then don't have anywhere the time comes. My service was satisfactory but my car was given back to me unwashed and in the same dirty way it was brought in. I always got a car wash with any luxury car I brought for service. Theses cars are not treated like luxury cars. That is a big problem for Genesis. Ser vice needs to pick up a bit and be more accomodating.
