This is definitely the best lot I’ve been to in a long time. They all are nice people the process of getting a car was quick. My sales person name was Arlington definitely a good honest sales man.not only him but the other guys there I interacted with while I was there even finalizing my paperwork he was real nice and respectful ..Mike also stepped in to get me out of there in a timely fashion. The purchase experience was excellent. Rob Reilly is outstanding! My experience with the quality of the Genesis vehicles is less than satisfactory. I traded in a 23 GV70 which had been in the shop for three weeks to fix a defective ac unit. I purchased a new 26 GV70 and, after 600 miles, the radio went out and it is currently in the shop for repair. And, by the way, I still haven't received reimbursement for my rental car used during the repair of the 23 GV70.

Wonderful service. I had discoloration on the silver trim around all of my windows. It wasn't a recall, but they took my car in and replaced all of the trim and now it is all shiny and like new. So happy that they didn't give me a difficult time, just did what they should have.

Genesis service now located in a temporary pod in parking lot to enable building renovation. It is loud, freezing cold, with inadequate seating and no coffee. Service people are overwhelmed. I was shunted from one to another. My car was done on time but the experience was really unpleasant. Genesis should have moved to its planned new location before their space was renovated for Hundai. Terrible planning.

I have been dealing with this dealership since 2020. Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule for 3/25/2025. I was told they would do a diagnostic the next day. The dealership was very inviting and friendly greeting. The interior seriously needs and overhaul. It is not customer friendly, the music was terrible, no where to get a water or snack after hours purchasing a car. And it is the number 1 genesis dealer in the nation and in Naples. I make the extra drive from Cape Coral to the Genesis of Naples dealership for three reasons.... 1. The Genesis product is outstanding! Price, luxury, and safety abound in every model. 2. Dana in Sales is an honest, no pressure salesman and really has your best interest in mind during the purchasing process. 3. Pawel in the Service Department goes above and beyond any other service department as far as car dealerships go. This dude is a rock star! As I mentioned above, I have closer options but will continue to drive from Cape Coral to Naples for these reasons and more.

Tony Catalina and Jason Bord are two of the hardest working sales and service people I have ever worked with in any dealership I have experienced. Other than the wait to get an appointment, the service was excellent. The Service Advisor (JC) was friendly and knowledgeable, the car was repaired on time, and they called us when it was ready for pickup. I appreciate the service agents, but I was not happy with the service on the car itself. I had a rat chew my wires for 2nd time. I supplied a rat deterrent tape and they only did the wires that were damaged instead of using all the tape. I guess Genesis does not care about a reoccurring problem and trying fix it so it does not happen again
